Iveco Turbo Daily 40w10 4x4
Iveco Doka 4x4 with 168,000 km.
The body is completely free of rust, for this reason it was completely disassembled from the chassis for a correct repair of the same, it was used to paint the entire body including interiors and engine compartment in its new color.
The interior has a fully repaired and upholstered driver's seat. The steering wheel is covered in leather. The roof and the area behind the rear seats is also fully upholstered. It has a completely new dashboard as well as air conditioning fully integrated into it.
Likewise, the chassis is also free of rust in the same way as the bodywork, repairing all those areas where it existed.
As for the engine, all its gaskets and seals have been changed except for the cylinder head gasket, including the half-crankcase gasket. The injection pump and turbocharger are completely repaired. The chain, skates and timing tensioner have been replaced.
New water pump and thermostat, frame temperature sensor, fan thermo contact, starter thermo temperature sensor and engine fan clutch, all new.
New engine mounts.
Virtually all refrigerant and oil pipes
Engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter and coolant changed, as well as the power steering fluid.
Intercooler installation.
In the brake section, a large number of system pipes, all hoses and brake fluid have been changed. The brake master cylinder is completely new, as is the front progressive distributor. New front pads and repaired front calipers. The drums, jaws and rear cylinders are completely new.
New clutch disc, press and bearing. New gearbox fluid as well as the inlet seal, outlet seal and support.
Transfer case fluid and new supports.
New fluid for both differentials.
It has a snorkel installed, an additional 90-liter fuel tank and 285/75/16 tires on military rims, all approved.
The rear bed has two 50l capacity side storage boxes installed after the fuel tanks.
