Description
Excellent condition, after full restoration. Color: Red Passion. The Evo is insured, registered and ready to drive.
When imported from Japan, the car was in blue, which turned out not to be the original color after checking the VIN number. The car left the factory in Red Passion, but someone in Japan decided to repaint it blue. Maybe the previous owner dreamed of a Subaru :-) Anyway, when the Evo came into my hands - it was blue and since I was planning a full restoration anyway - the decision was quickly made to return to the original color. The restoration was completed in 2021, and as part of it, the car was converted from RHD to LHD.
During the modification, among other things, the original LHD steering gear was used. Adaptation to European traffic was confirmed by the analysis and opinion of an expert from the Polish Automobile Association. Of course, all rust spots were removed and the chassis was protected against future corrosion. I have a lot of photos from the entire restoration process.
At the time of the restoration, the Evo had a mileage of 138,103 km, and since then I have only driven it less than 500 km. And that is the reason for the sale. I do not have time to use this car.
The Evo has a non-original radio, non-original battery tray and does not have original floor mats. When I bought the car, the steering wheel was also non-original (no red stitching) and it has remained that way. I assume that the steering wheel was sold in Japan. The original air ducts for the front brakes are also missing - I looked for them, but they are very difficult to buy.
The front lights are also new, but non-original (Depo; EU). In turn, the exhaust system, intake system and exhaust manifold come from tuning companies. The suspension is based on Ohlins products.
I am selling as a private person.
